🔨 Another project completed!

During a roof inspection, we identified a broken flat concrete roof tile that had the potential to allow water intrusion. The damaged tile was carefully removed and replaced, helping protect the home from future roof leaks.

🚽 Another job checked off the list!

This homeowner wasn’t happy with the condition of two existing toilets, so we replaced both with brand-new units to give them a fresh start in their new home. (One toilet swap pictured)

✔️ Removed and replaced 2 toilets
✔️ Installed 2 new wax rings
✔️ Inspected the closet flanges (both were in good condition)
✔️ Properly caulked around each toilet
✔️ Cleaned up the work area before leaving

Another door brought back to life! 🚪✅

A Property Manager reached out and said the tenant was dealing with a worn-out door sweep that was allowing bugs, dust, and even water to make their way inside. A failing door sweep might seem like a small issue, but over time it can lead to drafts, higher energy bills, moisture damage, and unwanted pests finding their way into your home.

After troubleshooting the door and inspecting the threshold, we determined that a new door sweep was the right solution. The old sweep was removed, a new one was properly fitted and adjusted, and the seal is now doing its job again—keeping the outside where it belongs.

Just hammered out a job for a loyal customer!

• Removed and replaced the damaged air return housing with a nice new shiny one. Caulked and ready to roll.
• Also updated some light fixtures in the garage, installed two new outlets, and hung the new lights.
