We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/Site Lead to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows their way around machinery, and wants full-time hours with overtime potential on a professional team.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and dozers
- Perform digging, grading, and site preparation work
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and report issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license & ability to obtain CDL license and maintain a health card
- Team player with good communication skills
