Drought killed all hope for saving this lawn so it was time for a makeover. The Toyota didnt break a sweat snatching that bamboo stump, and my better half will always come help out with some landscaping in the right weather. Also sprinkler system converted to fully automated BeHyve is a must to keep it that way.

Deck rehab here, was able to save alot of the framing to avoid a complete tear down. Ramp and custom handrail came great...
