Very important step! We have to make sure the gaps in between the boards aren’t too wide! If they are it’s not up to code ❌ and must supplement to the insurance to get it up to code by re decking with plywood.

1.) SI EL ESPACIO ENTRE LA MADERA ESTÁ MUY GRANDE LA TEJA NO QUEADA ASEGURADA Y PORESO AY VECES QUE SE EMPIEZA A CAER. LA ASEGURANZA PAGA PARA QUE EL DECKING ESTE A CÓDIGO.
