Nick is the boss man, and you’ll usually find him suited up in a hazmat suit spraying foam and making sure every job is done right. ⚠️

Alongside him is his wife, Liz! She owns her own business, Back Alley Graphics, in St. Paul and also keeps Kaizen Insulation Solutions running behind the scenes as Nick’s go to IT lady. 😉

When they’re not working, you can usually find them spending time with their kids and enjoying life as a busy family. Kaizen is truly a family-owned business, and they take pride in treating every customer like family.
