• Field / Arborist Roles: $20–$40 per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Sales Arborists: Straight commission with strong earning potential

Hey friends,

I wanted to share a quick update about one of my other ventures, Fillory Design Co. After three years in White Bear Lake, we’ve closed the showroom there and moved the business to our Lake Elmo shop. We’ll still be repurposing many of the trees we cut down, turning them into beautiful furniture, and selling custom pieces—all from the new location.

When a Cottonwood of this size goes down, it’s a reminder of just how powerful nature really is! This giant uprooted stump measured over 15 feet across — the largest I’ve ever seen! 🚨 BIG TREE DOWN! 🚨

Our foreman is standing on what’s left of a massive 6-foot-wide silver maple we removed. 🌳 With the muscle of a 55-ton crane and the precision of our crew, this giant came down smoothly and safely. Nothing beats watching teamwork, skill, and a whole lot of horsepower in action! 💪

Another busy week helping clients after these storms. In this case, a large Black Locust tipped over and landed directly on a client’s home. To prevent further damage during removal, we used our CMC 83HD Arbor Pro spider lift to access the tree from a steep hillside and our Avant loader to carefully hold and remove the tree in sections.

This type of work requires precision, experience, and the right equipment—and our team brought all three. No terrain or situation is too difficult when you’re properly prepared.
