We headed up to Greenwood this week for a few property improvements!

✔️ Installed rip rap to help protect against erosion.
✔️ Removed decorative rock to prepare the area for new landscaping.
✔️ Repurposed the decorative rock under the deck with new edging for a clean look.

Last week we finished up this lake view property, it was more than just cleanup 👇

The old retaining wall was failing and water was draining toward the house.

We tore it all out, regraded the slope to move water away, installed proper drainage, built a new retaining wall, added riprap to prevent erosion, and finished it with fresh stone.
