We are SO close! 🎉 This beautiful Craftsman-style home is nearing the finish line, and we’re anticipating completion in just about 2 weeks!

Located on a peaceful interior lake lot in Seneca, this home offers approximately 2,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring 3 bedrooms, a dedicated study, and 3 full bathrooms — plus the incredible bonus of a DEEDED BOAT SLIP! 🚤🌊

The countertops are the final big piece of the puzzle. Once they are installed, we can complete plumbing fixture installation, set appliances, and bring the kitchen and baths to life. In the meantime, our team is staying busy with the finishing touches: detailed trim work, touch-up paint, upstairs carpet installation, exterior stonework, and all the little details that make a house feel complete.

Building a home is a journey, and the final few weeks are always full of excitement (and a lot of moving parts!). We can’t wait to see this Craftsman beauty finished and ready for its next chapter.

Huge shoutout to the Glass Doctor of Seneca team for going above and beyond on this one. This was actually our project, and when access to the site got tricky, we teamed up and made it happen by boat. Not your everyday glass delivery!

We’ve trusted them for our shower glass on our residential builds through Keowee Construction Services for a while now, so it was a no-brainer to use them for our own project. As expected, the finished product turned out excellent.

Appreciate the partnership and the willingness to problem-solve — that’s what sets you apart.
