We had to fight for this slab, but we got it in! 💪🏠

A huge thank you to everyone who has put in the hard work to get this project to this point. Timing is everything in construction, and we were fortunate to get the concrete poured before the rain moved in. Even better, a little rain on a fresh slab can help with the curing process. 🌧️👌

The framers may have to sit tight for a few days, but that’s just part of the building game. We’ll take the win, let the slab cure, and be ready to hit the ground running when the weather cooperates.

Closing in on the finish line on this beautiful home in Salem, Alabama 🏡

The rain has been a huge help getting the grass established, and today we wrapped up the final exterior paint. Next up is the final interior clean as we work toward final inspection and getting this home ready for its new owners.
