I'm Anastasia, I run a one woman handy business that focuses on quality of work and integrity of service. Check out my website for more details!

My specialty is in historic homes, but I can tackle all of your modern home repairs and handy needs as well. Ever have trouble getting a contractor in to do a bunch of little things? Well, those little/medium jobs are what I do best. You got a hole in the wall, a crack in the ceiling or a door that needs to be repaired? How about a paint job or a porch repair? I also do old window restoration, trim, and finish work, drywall, and plaster repair. Whether you are looking for a worker skilled in Historic restoration or want to fix that crack in the ceiling that's been driving you crazy, Heritage Handiworks is the place to turn. This one woman show is here to preserve and serve.

Repairs are done and she's looking good!

Took some old plaster down and exposed the bricks. Of course back when this house was built this proceedure would have been considered "unfinished" or "unrefined", rather like having cinder block exposed. But today we get to really enjoy the color, texture and history it reveals. My favorite thing is seeing the clay layers and imagining the maker's finger prints still imprinted on the surfaces.

A sneak peak of a project: Some times I make the holes instead of fixing them. Back at a familiar spot doing a bed rm freshen up.
