Well after about 500 loads, the log jam is officially cleared and the river is flowing again! Always a good feeling to wrap up a big job like this. Thank you to the City of Salina for allowing Diehl Enterprises Inc to be the one to clean up the mess!

Last couple weeks, we’ve been working on getting the road out and the last of the logs. We’re about half way done with the road!

Tomorrow we’ll have someone come by to saw cut the walls at the jail so we can ensure we’ll have a clean separation of what’s staying and what’s being removed. So in the meantime, we’re tearing up the concrete floor and the basement!

For the last week and a half we’ve been hauling in some more AB3 and Riprap rock to extend the road to get to the end of the logs! Hopefully by the end of this month, we’ll be ready to start removing the last of the logs and the road!

Earlier this week in Abilene, we had the chance to tear down a garage and haul in dirt for Lehman Construction LLC to be able to start prepping to pour a pad for a new garage!
