Chesapeake Bath & Home Solutions was proud to sponsor today’s luncheon for the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Quarterly Board of Directors and Full Council Meeting. 💙

Our founder and general manager, Mike Price, had the opportunity to share more about our organization, what makes being employee owned different, and how we’re building a culture where our employees feel valued, take pride in their work, and genuinely love being part of the team.

A huge thank you to Dr. Rhonda Banks for inviting Chesapeake Bath and Home Solutions to speak with the Construction Academy students! We covered who we are, what we do, what we look for in new hires, pay & benefits, and what it really looks like entering the workforce as a tradesman.

Wor-Wic's Construction Academy is a hands-on job-readiness program that takes motivated people with little experience and prepares them for real careers in construction and carpentry — and it shows. This group was sharp and ready to work.

The trades are alive and well on the Eastern Shore, and programs like this are a huge part of why. We're proud to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople in our community and hope to see some of these students on a jobsite soon! 💪

Last night the Chesapeake Bath team celebrated our first annual End of Summer Shindig at the Red Roost. 🦀

It was a night full of great food, plenty of laughs, and even better company.

This celebration was a small way of saying THANK YOU to each and every employee who shows up, works hard and pours their heart into what they do every single day.

One of the things we’re most proud of is the culture we’ve built. This team genuinely enjoys working together, and just as importantly, enjoys spending time together outside of work.
