If you got wood rot in your trim or siding contact Hubby and Wifey Construction. This house is located Mckinney tx. We are replacing the rot with hardie trim and siding, which will last forever, and a fresh paint job we will finish up by Friday.

Here are the pics from start to finish. Of the transformation this rental property got. It turned out beautiful. Our customer loved it, she said "it looks like a totally different home"...
