🏗️ Tracy Subdivision Project Update! 🏡

It’s been a minute since our last update but don’t worry, we’ve been very busy!

✔️ Water lines – complete
✔️ Sewer lines – almost there

This project has come an incredibly long way from a vision we had 5 years ago, and seeing it come to life has been pretty surreal.

We have one final milestone ahead of us this Wednesday at the next City Council meeting🤞 With Final Plat Approval, our first duplex will officially be ready to hit the market!

The Tracy Subdivision 🌾

Week 5 & 6 🚧 Construction Update! 🚧

Construction is moving right along! The main waterline is now installed—complete with this eye-catching ruby red fire hydrant 🔥—service lines are nearly finished, and roadway work is well underway.

In the coming weeks, sewer lines and power installation will begin as we continue to make great progress.

A big thank-you to Dahle’s Construction, Either Orr Excavation, High Country Plumbing, Godfrey Electric, High Basin Engineering, Austin Trucking, and Greg Roach Grading & Excavation for their hard work on this project.

🏡 Breaking Ground in Salmon! Introducing The Tracy Subdivision 🌾

The Tracy Family is thrilled to announce “The Sandhill”, a brand-new subdivision coming to Salmon, Idaho!

After nearly five years in the making, this dream project is finally becoming a reality. CJ Tracy, owner of Tracy Construction, LLC and a proud third-generation community member with over 20 years of construction experience, has worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life — and we’re excited to share that groundbreaking began today!

🏘️ The Sandhill will feature 16 duplexes (32 total units) — with a mix of homes available for purchase and rent.
✨ Two conceptual floor plans will be offered: choose between a 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom design, thoughtfully crafted for comfort, function, and modern living.

Construction officially kicks off this week, and we anticipate our first 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex (2 units) to be completed by spring 2026.
