When the inspection is in 2 days on a duplex conversion and you just got 200 sheets of drywall delivered, it's time to call in the big guns! Here we have some of our team and the owner .ortega.9400984 (on the left, sheetrocker in hand) doing what they do best and hanging drywall well into the night to make sure we do the impossible and just get it done.

It was hot as heck and we had to bring in lights to get it done on time, but we did!

What happens if you have an arch but don't want one anymore? You call us! 💪💪

Even though it doesn't look all that big, this arch clocked in at 12 ft high 😳

We framed it, hung, taped and finished it to perfection, all ready for paint, and a nice straight corner on the bottom for a cubby hole where the client can put some furniture for their new entertainment center cabinet.

Overall, we are pretty proud of this one, and we completed it in record time!

Take a look at this transformation 🤩 Water damage is a quick way to turn a regular ceiling into an eyesore that just makes your home feel a little less homey than before.

We LOVE plumbing patches and have refined our process so we can usually knock them out in just a single day, if not less!

Here's one we did up in Park City, these are 2 of the 4 patches we completed, but we were able to get it done, make it perfect and clean up like it never happened in just 2 days.

Old houses sometimes need a little extra love to bring them back to their original glory. Lath & plaster can be especially hard to deal with sometimes. And is that a chimney?

In this case we went in with some 1/4" skins and a practiced hand to make sure the walls look as good as new. Some might even say they look better then new!
