☀️ GOOD MORNING EVERYONE 😊 I wanted to come on here to say something that's been weighing heavy on me. 3 to 4 years ago our company was so busy we could not keep up. We started taking bigger and bigger jobs and hired on , at one point, up to 6 people to try and keep up with the amount of jobs that were available. "Handymen" were not as easy to find as they are today (only a couple years later). But quickly me and my two business partners realized we needed to downsize because our quality of work was suffering because, well it's extremely hard to find good help that actually takes pride in their work and doesn't cut corners. So that's exactly what we did. About a year went by and one of my business partners went into retirement. He was a great carpenter/builder and I beg him to just come sit on the jobs with me just because I miss him being around that much 😂.
All that beside the point, here lately the market is flooded with people that do EXTREMELY bad work. We go on so many jobs that people have just completely butchered. Some of these homeowners have spent all of their savings and taken out leans to be able to afford the upgrades or repairs to their lifelong investment, (their home). We always do our best no matter the situation to give a fair price coupled with top quality craftsmanship! No one and I mean not one person can argue that . That is something I do my absolute best to stand on . We as a company are not perfect people (me myself , I'm pretty spot on and perfect, 🤷🏼 😂 kidding)! But one thing we do is be ourselves and give everything we do our all. Sometimes our all just isn't quite enough but we will put blood sweat and tears into everything we do!
