The staff at South Texas Traffic Alliance is not just good at what they do, they have a passion for quality and will always strive to please the customer while bringing value and exceptional safety to the project. All employees and management will be trained through the staple programs (Flagger Training, Traffic Control Supervisor (Management), Traffic Control Technician) provided by ATSSA, American Traffic Safety Services Association. As the company progresses and expands its coverage capability, additional training programs will be implemented to ensure the staff and management are performing at their peak performance. Amy Gray, a resident commuter in the San Antonio area for 6 years, has witnessed first hand the overwhelming number of road expansion projects in the city and surrounding areas. As San Antonio continues to grow, the number of road projects will only increase as the population is expected to increase over the coming years. With extensive knowledge of the road construction and traffic safety industries, and an entrepreneur at heart, she has decided that now is the perfect time for her to start her own traffic control company to ensure the safety of the community she has become a part of and the roads she and her family and friends travel daily.
