Graywood Addition and Remodel - we are installing the custom stairs and railing in the addition. In the Bathroom we are finishing up grouting on the floor and walls, connecting the LED strips and installing the plumbing trim. Next we install doors and drawers and the custom closet

Seabiscuit Remodel - we have finished up the framing and have moved on to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing rough in’s. This is when the materials and equipment are installed in walls and ceilings before we are cleared by the inspector to install drywall. In this case we also cut up floors to get drain lines in for the new Primary Bathroom

Graywood Remodel - on the exterior we are filling in the trench with concrete, then calling for inspection. The condenser has been installed and ready for start up. On the interior the custom stairs are being fabricated and installed while the plumbing trim is going on. The tile on floor and walls are being grouted.

Seabiscuit Home Remodel - “ Let demolition begin” - dumpster is on site filling up while walls come down and flooring comes up! Once demolition is done ✔️ we start framing followed by the MEP rough in’s. We are taking out a structural wall in the Kitchen and Pantry

Graywood Addition and Remodel - we have been busy on the two story addition and Primary Bath Remodel. Custom staircase. Custom LED shower stall and Closet. We are starting MEP trim out and this one’s a real 💎 gem. Wait until you see the custom LED lit closet space… out of this world.

Seabiscuit Remodel - we have started a whole home remodel and it’s going to be a night and day difference. Stay tuned to see a tired, old looking interior, morph into a beautiful, fresh new look. We will start with demolition so bring in the dumpsters

It was an amazing experience to do the build out for our first Captain D’s restaurant. I couldn’t have done it without my business partners and the wives. They were so important in crossing the finish line to making this owners/contractors build a success. We plan on serving San Antonio for many decades with the best Alaskan Cod, Chicken (mark my word as I kid you not), shrimp, salmon, white grilled fish. We use beef tallow in our oil to cook with. The ending is in sight and we are about to cross the finish line. 3 1/2 months of remodeling this end cap drive thru unit and it is now a Captain D’s. We are located at 7531 Old Bandera Road suite 101. We will be open in September 2026. “The Captain is Calling”

Today many people are removing their bath tubs and installing a larger shower. This one is a perfect example of that. They opted for two doors on this one plus an acrylic shower pan. We patched the floor with existing flooring they had kept for an occasion like this.

Deleon Primary Bath Remodel - Daren is getting the shower ready to tile. We are making a channel for the LED lights that are going on the rear wall ceiling, in the niche and on the base of the bench seat. Mechanical contractor getting ready for their rough in.
