Tiling Tip101:
Have to tile around door jams?..NO PROBLEM right!? 🤔 Below I have 4 photos showing the incorrect way 🚫 and the correct way ✔

When I bought my home 7yrs ago they had already updated the master bath flooring with tile. Which was great but make sure you pay attention to final details because they stand out the most!! 😉

I am remodeling this master closet with new trim, a custom closet and with new flooring tieing in the old with the NEW. 🤗

When tiling around door trim or jams you MUST 👈 cut along the bottom of the door way/trim and then slide your tile underneath in order for it to look like a tailored fit! 😎

⚬Stripped and repainted in a fresh white 🌼
⚬Swarovski Crystals soaked and cleaned in vinegar & Dawn dish soap 💎
⚬Rewired to be plugged in instead of tied into the electrical system🕎

When that 1984 bay window deserves an energy effient upgrade plus an eye appealing upgrade with new trim, framing, insulation spray foam and paint! 🤔

Wish I had a true before pic with the old trim on the windows but that's the story of a get to work and forget the before pic life of a DIYer! 🔨🙃

Because a functional closet just makes life easier! 😉

In this Custom closet I updated it with
🔨built-ins for clothes
🔨cubbies for shoes, books or games
🔨added a light because before it was dark
🔨installed new flooring
🔨new paint color
🔨installed new door trim, base boards and crown molding to add a little character and ti give that custom feel
