🎉WE’RE BACK🎉

It has been a while since you’ve heard from us on our business page. But we’re back and happy to share with you one of our most recent projects that we are so proud of! A complete bathroom remodel for an absolutely wonderful client.

Here’s what it took…
• Removed a wall divider
• Added 2 new lights over the shower
• Tiled almost the entire space (bathtub, floors and walls)
• Textured and painted the walls
• Installed new light fixtures, vanity and mirror

WE ARE BACK!

Our latest work involved a floor to ceiling transformation of two common living areas as well as the master suite and bathroom for our awesome client’s home.

The highlights:
- Installing completely new flooring and baseboards
- Texturing and painting of the walls and ceiling
- Replacing fireplace with new tile, from top to bottom
- Removing previously carpeted stairs and iron railing
- Crafting new, stained and painted, wood stairs and railing
- Removing previous standard showet/tub in order to create new custom walk-in shower
- Installing double sink and vanity area
- Installing new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans
- Installing completely new front door and frame

This was quite a job for us, and we are so happy with the results.

Despite 2020 not turning out as anyone has hoped, The Time To Build Is Now has still been working away on new projects!

Our latest involved transforming a garage into a new master suite.

Project included:
- Closing in a exterior door and turning it into a window.
- Creating a raised subfloor to match existing floor level.
- Creating a new wall for restroom.
- Installing a new tile shower.
- Completely moving laundry room to new location in the home.
- Repositioning the main entry of the bedroom.

We are still taking all recommended safety and health precautions at this time to ensure that we can continue providing the best services possible to our clients.

The Time To Build Is Now is blessed and grateful to be able to still be working during these uncertain times.

We just finished up our latest project... A total transformation of a previously underutilized basement into an awesome new WINE CELLAR!

Project included:
- Repairing concrete foundation
- Closing in new closet space
- Installing custom made cabinet doors
- Installing hardie board wall siding
- Installing custom floating shelves
- Repainting the space floor to ceiling

We are still taking all recommended safety and health precautions at this time to ensure that we can continue providing the best services possible to our clients.

COVID-19 UPDATE: The Time To Build Is Now is still busy working away!

We just finished up our latest project. A total remodel of a previously nonfunctioning bathroom.

Projected included:
- Debries removal
- Demolition down to the studs
- Substructor repair after discovery substantial damage
- Installation of new windows
- Laying new floor, wall, and shower tile
- Wall texturing and painting
- Installation of sink, vanity, and toilet
- Closed in previously open space to create a closet with a door

Another item marked off the list of many on this project. I created a door opening. The only thing is that I didn't know there was a solid concrete at the bottom half of the door. After overcoming that obstacle the customer was pleased with the results.
