I went with the Mexican flagstone for this install because the oak trees give a great amount shade throughout the day, and I wanted a stone with more color “pop” to contrast.

Most people only notice the concrete at the end.

Before we put new sod in, we like to take care of the ground by decompacting it with a tiller, and then we amend additional soil and compost to give nutrients for the roots to get a head start 💯.

🌱 Ground prep done right.

For this project we blended enriched topsoil, molasses compost, and manure compost to create the perfect foundation before installing St. Augustine sod. Healthy soil = thicker, greener grass that lasts.

The prep work is what makes the biggest difference in how your lawn looks months from now.
