Howard & Sons, Inc is a roofing company is Southern California.

We need someone to be an office receptionist Monday through Friday, part time. We offer flexible hours and are willing to work with students that may need a flexible work schedule. Tasks would include but are not limited to:

- Receiving packages
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Taking messages and routing calls to whoever is responsible for the message
- Writing Thank you notes
- Organizing office
- Working in our CRM programs to manager customer information and answer customer questions.
- Helping with marketing campaigns when necessary - no marketing experience necessary
- Helping with office projects when necessary
- Receiving, sorting and processing mail.
- Writing checks when requested,
- Other miscellaneous tasks when needed

Must have attention to detail and good communication skills. We do use different CRM, lead management and production software, so the ability to work on a computer and learn new software quickly is needed. A strong knowledge of Word, Excel is required. Must be a quick learner, self motivated and pro active. English speak a must, Spanish speaking a plus.

What an amazing job! I know it was HOT in Fallbrook today, but all the wonderful volunteers from the Veterans of Foreign Wars California Motorcycle Club San Diego Chapter & our guys from Howard & Sons, Inc. did an amazing job taking the tiles off the roof. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I wanted to share with everyone a little bit more about Roofs of love, for those of you who don't know what this program is.

Isaiah Industries, Inc. announced the launch of “Roofs of Love,” a national campaign providing free roofs for five families in need in the beginning of 2021. Across the country, these chosen families will each receive a free metal roof, totaling an estimated $300,000.

The Isaiah Industries team found like-minded contractors, THATS US, Howard & Sons, Inc., willing to donate their time and resources towards improving these families’ lives to accomplish this goal. The new roofs will be a significant upgrade, a top-of-the-line metal roof built to last for the next 50 years.

What we are installing today in Fallbrook, CA is a Kasselwood Steel Shingle Roof in Onyx Black! We are very happy to be a part of this project and hope to do many more projects like this in the future!
