Unusual closet fl**ge for a Toto Neorest toilet. We came out after multiple other plumbing companies couldn't figure out why it was leaking the best guess was a crack in the plastic and they replaced the special order fl**ge and charged the client $600 but it still leaked. We inspected the toilet and took it apart to find out the rubber seal on the fl**ge wasn't making contact with the outlet on the toilet but it was a existing toilet that hadn't leaked before. We found that the tile floor had been replaced recently, the tile company removed the fl**ge to remove the old tile and then they installed the fl**ge on the concrete and tiled around it causing the fl**ge to sit too low in a depression caused by tiling around the fl**ge and the toilet to sit on the tile 1" higher, just high enough to cause a leak. We removed the fl**ge and filled in the depressed area with a high strength grout, then reinstalled the fl**ge level with the tile.
