UTS Safety Supervisor Martin Sanchez (left) from southern California was awarded the Internal Verification Program (IVP) Top Performer Challenge Coin by Lead RSS Joe Ramirez (right). Martin was commended for his leadership, hard work and commitment to maintaining a successful safety culture during the IVP and for significantly increasing Truce usage in his region, which jumped from 35% to 95% in a short period of time. Well done, Martin!
