Before and after! The Mexican Fan Palm had a skirt and needed a good trim. Cleaned up the landscape, added drip line, succulents, lighting and some nice mulch. It looks so much happier now. ⁠⠀

Concrete forms are coming along nicely! is killing it! Concrete is one of those things that can either be done REALLY WELL or REALLY BADLY. Make sure you do your homework and find a good contractor who can guarantee the former. Can't wait for the pour!⁠⠀

Irrigation Day! So many times I hear, "I don't want grass or we need a hardscape because I don't want my water bill to go through the roof." I am all for water conservation, and good hardscape, but there is just something life giving about grass and plants. You can have greenery! If you run your irrigation correctly, your water bill shouldn't go through the roof. Zoning, Valves, Irrigation Heads, Drip Zones, Connections, etc. there is a lot to know, but I can help. ⁠⠀
