So what do we really do?
We work with issues related to mold, water, and fire damage in residential & commercial properties.
Water & mold damage goes hand in hand, whenever there is water damage, 3 to 72 hours, mold damage occurs unless mitigated immediately by a professional company like ours.
For example, you may have a small water leak or a huge flood, they both hold the same threat of mold to your property building materials.
That's where we usually come in, either to prevent the water damage from escalating to mold damage by placing our equipments ASAP and monitoring them to bring back the building materials to normal moisture levels or by doing a mold remediation/removal on the affected areas.
Mold remediation does not mean wiping your surfaces with bleach 🛑, yes, things may look clean & mold free but they're really not. It means to properly remove and dispose affected materials while preventing cross contamination of mold in your property.
Fire is a different beast, it damages the property building materials and at times the integrity of the building structure. Not to forget smoke damage.
