Not every space in a remodel needs a full overhaul to make a big impact.

For this whole-home renovation, we prioritized most of the budget toward the kitchen, main living areas, and the primary bath—but the kids’ bath deserved a little love too.

With thoughtful updates like penny tile, fun new vanities, brass plumbing fixtures, sage vertical tile in the shower, and playful palm wallpaper, this space got the facelift it needed. Same footprint, completely different feel.

Proof that a few well-chosen materials can totally transform a room.

This kitchen transformation was all about reimagining the heart of the home. What started as an outdated space became a beachy retreat layered with warm woods, soft whites, natural textures, and light that dances across every surface.
