It's amazing. Clients have been so patient this past week! Probably not just with me but with you or you've been patient with someone in your sphere. It's so hot that my tools kept overheating and at the end of the day a lot less work happened then I wanted to... But we ended up with two posts instead of three. Got to love that!

I got to spend some time with the guys in Arcadia. Working on the bathroom today. Inevitably things change in the field and making sure that our grout lines all line up is essential on this project. We have three different thicknesses of tiles and all the grout lines are 1/16 of an inch. Trying to be intentional with glass heights and pony wall heights and window finishes and shower hardware and niche lines. Makes all the difference when you're in the space after it's complete.

Oftentimes our clients are our friends as well and that makes the long days and hard work. So much more rewarding to know that you're able to improve. Not just a client's life, but your friends lives by improving their home. That was the case with this house in Wingate ranch.

Fun new project in Grayhawk with one of our oldest clients! Lots to do around this cool house but starting with a trendy but classic partition wall.

We'll have projects that are around our house that keep us from using that cabinet or nobody should use this door because it doesn't quite work right or it doesn't latch or don't open that window cuz I can never get it closed. Well, you don't have to know how to fix those things. You just need to reach out and get scheduled! Let us take care of it.

We took the doors down, called all over the country to all the manufacturers of this door, Finally found somebody who was willing to answer the phone in Alberta, Canada and they sent us a rebuild kit for the threshold and all weather stripping after all that was replaced and the concrete slab was properly sealed and the threshold was sealed inside and out ( I'll post in another post later how we went about weatherproofing the exterior of the threshold and the curb there) after all those things were done installing the beautiful solid Walnut floor was the easy part!
