Groundbreaking on the Integrated Behavioral Health Center in Gridley, CA!

19six is proud to design this ground-up facility bringing Butte County's Behavioral Health Administration, Adult Services, Youth Services, and a Wellness Center together under one roof, replacing scattered leased spaces with a unified home for care. Separate entries for Adult and Youth Services connect to a shared intake hub, supporting the county's at-risk community with dignity and accessibility.

The CASH Mixer at BeSpoke in Fresno brought together industry professionals for an evening of networking and connection.

Mike Schoen, Tracie Anes, and Tasha Rodriquez represented the team and had the opportunity to interact with CASH supporters from across the industry, including architects, general contractors, designers, school districts, vendors, and more.

The evening was made possible through the support of Darden, Mark Wilson Construction, CSI, Myrtha Pools, and TenCate. Conversations throughout the evening offered valuable insight into current projects, industry priorities, and the evolving needs of school districts and their partners.

We’re excited to see this project come to life. Tower Broadway delivers 67 new residences and 8,500+ square feet of ground-floor retail across five stories in Downtown Sacramento.

For decades, 1600 Broadway was the flagship Tower Records, one of the first locations of the iconic chain. When Tower closed, the corner went quiet. Tower Broadway is opening a new era for one of Sacramento’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

We’re proud of this team’s work to bring Tower Broadway to life for our client and community.
