"Do I have to tear out all of my existing concrete?"
Not necessarily.
One of the advantages of a resin-bound surface is that, in many cases, it can be installed over an existing concrete surface - avoiding the process of a complete tear-out and replacement.
But the condition of what's underneath matters.
Before recommending an overlay, we look at things like existing cracks, movement, drainage, and overall condition of the concrete. Sometimes resurfacing is a great solution. Other times, the underlying surface needs attention first.
