The original plan here was to repair a small area of sub flooring under a leaky bay window and install new LVP flooring through-out the house. Once we got the old floor up, we found damage in many other areas.

The customer decided to get rid of all the particle board and wanted the floor to be repaired correctly. We removed both layers of subfloor throughout the entire house (except the bedrooms) then installed all new LVP flooring and trim.

We put a lot of work into this one and are pleased that the customer was very happy with the results.

A bathroom remodel we just finished up…
The floor in this bathroom was in bad shape, a leaking wax seal and tile shower caused rot in two different areas. While repairing the sub floor we opened up the soffit above the shower and widened the opening threshold. It made the space feel much larger than before.
