"As first-time home builders who have previously been burned by untrustworthy contractors during renovations, my husband and I were incredibly nervous going into this process. This house is our forever home and we came into this process really hesitant and unsure of how things would go down. We chose to build a revised Maple plan with an added shop, and we naturally had a million questions.
The TGC team was incredible and has changed our outlook completely about contractors and the building process in general.
Melissa was a tremendous help with the design process, and Gideon, Tommy, and Trey were so patient with us—answering endless questions and handling all of our random changes and revisions without ever making us feel like a burden. Even after we closed, I had questions and things that needed to be followed up on and they handled it promptly.
Before we even finished building, anytime we told locals we were using TGC, they all said the same thing: "They stand behind their work." The work is very solid, but their honesty is what blew us away. If a hiccup came up, they didn't dodge us. They answered right away and already had a game plan to fix it. We love our forever home, but if we ever had to do it all over again, we would build with TGC in a heartbeat." -Sara
