Carlos started with us as a laborer 13 years ago! Since then, he has served in every position, from roof removal to Aerobarrier technician and everything in between. Soaking in every bit of knowledge possible in and out of work has led him to becoming our project manager who oversees all our employees and customers. He is well known and respected throughout the company and plays a key role in keeping us communicated and functioning as a team.

3/3 of these projects, we did spray foam in either interior insulation or the roof! 2 of them we did Aerobarrier building envelope air sealing.

Every once and awhile we get some fogging into the home and we can usually determine it by the smell of it before the sight of it! Strange right? Well our material has an Elmer’s glue like smell that is a good indicator that we need to take further actions.

We take many actions to eliminate sealant coming into the living spaces, whether it be manually sealing bigger leaks or protecting valuables to filtering or pushing the air to detour it outside. Either way the home owner is always informed and in the loop during our sealing process.
