If you're buying / selling a home and need inspections, you have options.

Most people call a general "home inspector"

But others often choose to have the respected trades come out and inspect their systems (electrical, plumbing, foundation, etc.)

I recommend the latter, and now am proud to offer Plumbing System Inspection. A professional knows what to look for, where to look, and can bid any necessary repairs ON SITE.

Home inspectors are not tradesmen, they don't know all the ins and outs of your systems, and they can't repair any of it anyway.
