It was time for these aged 3 tabs to get replaced. The customer also wanted to eliminate the flat roof that could be a potential leak waiting to happen. We found a solution and brought all the roof slopes together. This project used Certainteed Landmark shingles in color Georgetown Gray.

This customer called us about his porch roof leaking. As soon as we started tearing off the shingles we noticed there was no underlayment at all. The old 3 tab shinges were not providing harldy any protection and all of the sheeting was rotting away. After removing the sheeting we replaced the deck and covered it in Ice and Water Barrier to keep the leak from presenting again. Finished off with some Certainteed Landmark shingles in Moire Black.

The roof on this manufactured home was poorly installed and has multiple areas leaking. On initial inspection flashing was not properly sealed and soft spots were present. Upon tearoff the water damaged sheeting showed that this had been leaking for some time. We got to work on the repair and patched the areas in need. Then finished it off with the quality Owens Corning Durations in color Slatestone Gray. Now this roof is made to last with proper sealing and protection

Unexpected events happen. A severely gusty storm overnight started the tearoff on this roof before it was planned. We quickly patched the damage to protect the home until insurance was able to evaluate the roof replacement which was competed a few weeks later.

2025 project. The customer couldnt use the deck barefoot anymore because of splinters, so she convinced her husband it was time to update the deck. She wanted a long term solution that they wouldnt need to update again in their lifetime. They landed on Armadillo Evolution 50 yr warranty composite decking. The color they chose is Steel Wool. They also selected Westbury Verticable aluminum rail to match. Armadillo Decking uses hidden fasteners for the central decking so there are minimal screw holes for a clean look. A beautiful, quality, and long lasting investment.

While its not preferred, sometimes insurance will only cover 1 side of the roof. In this case, one side had been covered by insurance and replaced a few years ago. Then another storm now caused the insurance to cover the older half of the roof. Using samples we were able to find the matching color for the side done previously and make the roof look whole again.

This roof was begging for attention. The existing roof was well worn. The plywood sheeting was warped and soft in areas of the orginal roof. This called for an overlay of new sheeting. This strengthened and leveled the roof so the new shingles had a solid foundation to perform at their best. The client chose to modernize their roof with Certainteed Landmark Shingles in Moire Black. Excellent results made to last!
