Apex Outdoor has officially acquired JLM Design Build, a trusted landscape design-build firm that has proudly served its customers since 1971. This acquisition brings together Apex Outdoor and JLM Design Build—two organizations united by a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and exceptional customer service.

For Apex Outdoor customers, this transition will be seamless. The Apex Outdoor team you know and trust will continue operating as usual, with no changes to your current projects, contracts, or primary points of contact. What’s new is the added support, resources, and expertise that JLM Design Build brings, enabling us to further enhance project delivery, expand capabilities, and invest in long-term growth.

Our goal is to honor and build upon JLM Design Build’s more than five decades of experience while delivering even greater value to customers moving forward. Should any updates occur in the future, we are committed to communicating them clearly and transparently.

Our Crews installed 2 custom cut and etched Monument Signs on one of our properties in Maple Grove this morning. Landscape work around the signs to be done in the Spring.

*8-12 Hour Snow Routes
*More hours available after your route is done if desired
*Paid on Fridays (When it snows)
*Equipment parked at properties...you meet on-site.
*Trucks parked at Our Shop in Shakopee, MN
*Newer Skids (Cat) and Trucks (Ram)
*NEED TO BE AVAILABLE EVERY SNOW EVENT
*HOURLY: $30-$45/HR depending on experience
