Now Hiring: Civil Estimator & Project Manager
CM Contractors of LA

CM Contractors of LA is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in earthwork, drainage, concrete, water, and sewer take-offs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management

Strong knowledge of site work, including earthwork, drainage systems, concrete structures, water and sewer utilities

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills

College degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and take-offs

Coordinate and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through close-out

Work closely with field teams, clients, and subcontractors

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
