First listing of the year is in contract! Yes, it had short market time but prepping for this sale was months in the making. These clients are a dream to work with as they really rolled up their sleeves and we worked seamlessly together for months to make sure their home went on the market best and brightest. This 1901 Capitol Hill gem was lovingly (and we mean that in all sense of the word) restored in a way that kept the character intact yet updated to function for today's lifestyle. We are so pleased our seller is passing the baton to a new family that toured it during our broker open -- their agent was the first in door if my memory serves me well 🤔 In any case, a great "win-win" after many many months of hard work 🥳❤️🥳
