**DAY 3 — Almost Wrapped Up! 🏠🎨**

This one is a little more special because Josh & Lyndsey aren’t just customers — they’re our **new neighbors, just two houses down!** It’s always great when your work brings you a little closer to the people in your own neighborhood.

We’re almost finished with their exterior transformation, and it’s been a busy three days getting it done right.

**Day 1:** Pressure washing and building custom rafter-tail caps.

**Day 2:** Primer, prep, caulking, masking, and spraying the trim.

**Day 3:** Back-masking and spraying the body of the home.

For the exterior, we used **Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint** in Low Sheen **Welded Iron** for the body and Satin **Tricorn Black** for the trim.

The garage door and entry doors are also **Tricorn Black**, but we used **Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Hybrid** on those surfaces for the added durability needed on high-use, impact-prone doors.

A lot goes into a project like this before you ever see that final coat of paint. Preparation, repairs, caulking, masking, product selection, and all those little details are what make the difference.

**Almost there, Josh & Lyndsey!** It’s looking great, and we’re happy to have you as our new neighbors! 👏. Soon the new porch and back deck will really make this look complete.

**Another one in the books! 🍕🎨**

Today we wrapped up the ceiling painting at **Contos Pizza** — and what a transformation!

A challenging space, tight access, ladders everywhere, and a lot of careful prep around the existing finishes… but we got it done **and ready for them to open back up.**

There’s something satisfying about taking a tired space and bringing it back to life. 💪

**Ceiling: DONE.
Protection: DONE.
Cleanup: DONE.
Another project completed the right way.**

Thank you to Contos Pizza for trusting **Charvet Enterprises** with the job!

Now it’s time to let that fresh ceiling shine. 🍕🔥

Today we wrapped up the Hanson Green Residence, and it's always a bittersweet moment when a project comes to an end.

What started with careful preparation, pressure washing, repairs, masking, priming, caulking, and countless hours of craftsmanship has been transformed into a home that looks refreshed, protected, and ready for many years to come.

The final colors came together beautifully—**Sherwin-Williams Black Fox** trim paired with **Hopsack** on the body created a timeless, elegant finish that truly complements this home.

As we packed up our tools and said our goodbyes, we left knowing the Hanson family has a home they can be proud of every time they pull into the driveway or look out their windows.

To the Hanson family, thank you for trusting us with your home. It has been an honor to bring your vision to life. Wishing you many years of happiness in your beautifully renewed home. ❤️

**Until the next project.**
