Just completed this deck utilizing the Wolf PVC decking with a 50-year warranty. We are happy and the client is very happy about the outcome. Please call if thinking about a new outdoor living space.

Starting a new deck on Bell Hill. The demo stage starting. Will add progress photos. The deck will be Premier PVC Azek decking.

Beautiful outdoor space created by Pierson Contracting/ Decked out design. Utilizing modern materials to allow for the best viewing and relaxation This deck prior was very narrow and made from wrought iron. Pictures included showing the before. We tore down and started fresh. In the soffit above the deck, it was plain plywood. Removed it all and added new can lights with a stained tongue and groove soffit. Decking is a Wolf Decking all PVC with a 50-year warranty. new windows from Germany that open wide up from left to right. Installed new Quartz countertop outside kitchen to allow serving and food prep to go out to barbeque. Removed old cedar siding and installed Azek siding also with a 50-year warranty. In deck construction, the quality of the screws and other hardware is actually quite important. Low-quality screws will corrode over time, discoloring the deck, and shortening its life span.

While an old house won't have the features of more current homes, this isn't exactly something that can't be addressed. For as long as the structure itself is sound, a remodeling project can transform the home and make it more up-to-date.
