Quite the shop! Built for special flood zone requirements- featuring waterproof insulated concrete form construction above base flood elevation (which was almost 10’ above original grade!) and engineered flood vents. Also features a heated slab, spray foam insulation, 12’ high ceiling, 18’ wide door, ASC standing seam metal roofing, with ASC Klondike siding below with Smartside lap siding on top.

LCS did the cabinets, floors, doors, and trim on the interior- and coming soon on another post: built the decks, railings, stairs, lower walkway/utility roofs, and concrete slab on the exterior.
