Water damage remediation project- Significant first floor damage from a burst water line required gutting sections of this home, drying everything out and putting everything back together with some fresh updates. Big Kitchen project for a large family! This customer had a beautiful home but a poorly designed Kitchen that didnt work well for this family. We maximized the available space by opening a wall and installing a large island where the entire family could finally eat together. We added 2 new skylights, new large format tile flooring, installed decorative lighting inside, under, over cabinets and even under the island. It was a team effort with the Kitchen designer (Peter Lumber) the homeowner and our crew but we love the way this project came together!
