Tore off the beveled lap wooden siding and replaced it with a new primed nickel ship lap siding, replaced two 36x92 windows then reframed them with too hinged 28x54 windows, replaced the spray insulation with new insulation, repaired aged and dry rotten studs throughout each wall, installed new trim.

Starting the year off with a small ceiling repair due to water damage. The damaged ceiling was removed along with the old insulation. Rafters were braced, leak was sealed, new insulation and drywall was then installed for another satisfied returning customer.
