Service Update – Ground Response

We are currently addressing urgent maintenance issues with our trucks and equipment. These repairs are necessary to prevent serious breakdowns and damage.

We are actively working to get back up and running, but we are still waiting on parts and do not have a timeline yet.

Once service resumes, we will reach out to customers who are still awaiting service.

We want to sincerely thank all of our customers who have been patient and understanding during this storm. We appreciate you more than you know.

At this time, our main priority is ensuring current clients’ driveways are accessible and safe. Once that is completed, we will come back around to provide full contracted services, including walkways where applicable.

While we understand storms can be frustrating, disrespectful or negative comments toward our team will not be tolerated. Our crews are working nonstop in difficult conditions with safety as the priority.

If our service expectations do not align with yours, you are welcome to seek another snow removal provider.
