I love finishing off basements and giving families more usable space, usually for fun!! This condo in Howard is getting just that!!! This basement will have a craft room, office, family room area, a huge bar area, and full bath. The bar is hickory with an ebony stain - absolutely gorgeous!! BTW.... this basement finish will be in the Fall Showcase Remodeled portion in September.

Sometimes our bathrooms look good, but aren't very functional. In this case, the homeowner is in a wheelchair and he needs to have a space where he is safe with space to move. We gutted the entire bathroom, shower/toilet room, and master closet. We recessed the shower floor and are putting in a flush entry shower with easy to reach niches and shower heads, grab bars, and slip free surfaces. Toilet will be comfort height with grab bars. New custom vanity will have one side that is a "roll under" so he can get close enough to the sink and faucet. Tile floors will have in-floor heat. We are widening doorways and putting in a pocket door. This new bathroom will not only look good, but will be extremely functional.

Just starting an addition on this waterfront property in Lakewood. This place is beautiful already!! It's going to get bigger and more beautiful very soon!!

It's been a while since I posted any pictures, so how about right now.....
let's start with a new construction we just finished in Howard. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house for a retired business owner. This home is very simple and practical but very functional. This house sits on a beautiful wooded lot with great views of nature.

Framing is complete in this walk-out basement. We will be working on this in the next couple months and have it ready for you to see during the Fall Showcase of Homes of September

Enjoy some progress pictures of a custom lakehouse we are building in Lakewood. This house has some great custom tilework in 4 bathrooms, stone fireplace, custom cabinetry, large windows and more. Final pics will be posted upon completion!

There were a few challenges along the way—blood, sweat, and tears for sure—but seeing it all come together with such happy and excited homeowners makes it all worth it. We are so grateful to be part of something like this.
