Thanks to AVA’s flexible schedule, Ryan was able to take on a youth apprenticeship and work 20 hours a week—getting real hands-on experience in a field he was interested in while still in school.

He’s just one of many students who’ve taken advantage of this opportunity to learn outside the classroom and figure out their next steps after high school.
