Busy day today. Both Borskie Concrete Construction LLC and our crew were plugging away on site today. They are doing a lil extra wrap around on the one side to help prevent erosion. We started getting after walls, soffit, facia, eve trim, windows, framed the walk door, and put supports in for the over head door and the future heater. That's where we'll leave er for the weekend. Back at it Monday. As always, appreciate ya's and stay tuned

2 different sites going today before the rain. Tommy and a couple guys over at Leonard farms starting to tidy up what was left behind by others. Lil bit of an interesting one he's dealing with. Then we have the Borskie Concrete Construction LLC crew on site at another location getting the floor poured and some other prep work done on the driveway and along the exterior of the build. Rain did factor in this afternoon. We'll get some more update shots tomorrow. We'll play the weather game here for the next week at least and see how things pan out. Forecast doesn't look too promising. We'll keep plugn along though. As always, appreciate ya's and stay tuned

Bit of a rough week. We still managed to get the roof on so it's ready for the crete fellas. Roof and cap is on. We'll wait for them to do their thing and we'll get after wrapping the outside, then move er on into the inside. Just the two of us. We can make it if we try just the two of us. Tommy and I. Yup just a two man crew today. Tommy and I had to move a hole about a foot to start with due to a pesky tree stump. Then got the 3 walls framed, poles notched and cut for trusses, temporary eve board up, and hung a truss so we're sitting pretty for truss day tomorrow first thing. We called er a day bout 230 and we'll get back at er tomorrow. As always, appreciate ya's and stay tuned

Big thanks to JCO landscape and Snow for handling the lot clearing. Borskie Concrete Construction LLC Bill and the guys for getting the driveway and pad ready for us. They started yesterday and wrapped up this morning. We took over round 1030. We're gonna get the framing Hammered out here so they can come back and get the floor poured. Be a lil bouncing around to stay out of each other's way, but no doubt we'll make it work just fine. This one here is gonna have a full liner package. Should turn out pretty nice by the end. So as always, appreciate ya's and stay tuned 😉
