WE ARE HIRING
Lawn Bros is looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Mowing Crew Lead to lead one of our lawn maintenance crews.

The Crew Lead is responsible for making sure each property is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and up to Lawn Bros quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Crew Lead is expected to work alongside the crew while directing the team and taking responsibility for the quality and productivity of each job.

Responsibilities

* Lead a mowing crew through the daily route and keep the crew on schedule.
* Perform mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, and other lawn maintenance work.
* Assign tasks to crew members and make sure everyone is working efficiently.
* Inspect each property before leaving to ensure work meets Lawn Bros standards.
* Make sure gates are closed, debris is removed, and sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces are properly blown off.
* Prevent damage to lawns, landscaping, buildings, vehicles, and customer property.
* Safely operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment.
* Perform basic daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair issues.
* Make sure equipment, tools, and materials are accounted for at the beginning and end of each day.
* Communicate property issues, customer concerns, equipment problems, and scheduling delays to management.
* Help train new crew members on proper mowing techniques, equipment operation, safety, and Lawn Bros expectations.
* Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on customer properties.
* Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment organized and clean.
