R Landscaping Services is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Sales & Project Manager!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves outdoor projects, and wants to be part of building high-end landscape transformations.

What You’ll Do:
• Meet with customers for estimates (leads provided)
• Create and present project proposals
• Help design and plan landscape projects (pavers, sod, turf, retaining walls, etc.)
• Manage jobs from start to finish
• Coordinate with crews and ensure quality work
• Communicate with customers throughout the project

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication & people skills
• Organized and reliable
• Sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Landscaping or construction knowledge is a big plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license

Pay:
• Base + commission (high earning potential 💰)
• Opportunity for growth within the company
