This lane was in rough shape — major washouts, potholes, and drainage issues.

We:
• Cut out the failed areas
• Regraded the full lane for proper runoff
• Compacted everything properly
• Hauled in and installed fresh stone to finish it off

Now it’s smooth, solid, and built to last.

With spring coming around, it’s the perfect time to get your driveway or excavation project scheduled.

Spring will be here before you know it.
Now is the time to get projects scheduled so work can be completed early and finished clean—ready for topsoil and seeding by the end of spring.

Fixing Grades After the Build ✅

This customer had a pole building already up, but the previous excavator never did any subgrade or drainage work. He called Skillz Excavating to come in and fix it right.

We did a full regrade around the building — cutting high spots, building up low areas with on-site material, shaping swales for drainage, and finishing it off with topsoil for a clean, even finish.

Now the site drains properly and looks sharp.
